We are seeking different skilled profiles to support and enhance our team in Cape Town, South Africa for the following positions:

• Lead Credit Risk Data Analyst
• Experience: 8+ years

Skills:

• Strong Credit Risk domain expertise
• Advanced SQL and SAS knowledge
• Data landscape analysis & data governance
• Experience with regulatory and risk compliance (Basel, IFRS 9, etc.)
• Strong stakeholder management & communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead data landscape analysis and preparation
• Define and standardize datamarts
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and the vendor
• Identify and address data quality issues

Data Engineer

• Experience: 5-8 years

Skills:

• Expertise in SQL, SAS, Python
• Data transformation, integration, and warehousing
• Building and maintaining data pipelines
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize datamarts for model input
• Ensure data accessibility and transformation for vendor use
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies impacting models

Business/Data Analyst

• Experience: 4-6 years

Skills:

• Strong business process analysis
• Credit Risk and regulatory reporting understanding
• SQL and data querying skills
• Agile project documentation & stakeholder engagement

Responsibilities:

• Bridge business and technical requirements
• Define and document data dependencies
• Support vendor and model owners with data needs

Data Governance & Quality Specialist 

• Experience: 4-6 years

Skills:

• Data quality management and data governance
• Data profiling, cleansing, and validation expertise
• Knowledge of data policies, compliance, and security

Responsibilities:

• Ensure data quality standards are met
• Identify and resolve data issues impacting the model
• Implement data governance best practices
