Data Capturer - Engineering - Grain Field Chickens, Reitz at VKB Group

Job Description

• As part of the Engineering Department the successful incumbent will be responsible for capturing job cards and other documents in line with company standards.  

Requirements

• Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
• A technical qualification/ course will be an advantage.
• 2 - 5 Years’ admin/ data-capturing experience in an Engineering/ Workshop environment.
• Good understanding of invoicing and Job Cards.
• Some parts store experience will be an advantage.
• On-Key system/ Pragma knowledge advantageous.
• Demonstratable computer literacy: Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• A willingness to work overtime, incl. on weekends when required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurate data capturing.
• Opening and closing of job cards.
• Scanning documents onto File Director.
• General filing of documents within required deadline.
• Compiling Reports and taking minutes.
• Must take full responsibility in the absence of the Planner.
• Any other tasks as may be required by line manager.
