Data Capturer FTC at RCL Foods

Job Description    

• RCL Foods is on the search for a Data Capturer. An exciting opportunity exists within our Food Division for a Data Capturer. The successful incumbent will be responsible for effectively processing claims accurately and promptly while supporting the Credit Processing Supervisor.

Minimum Requirements    

• Grade 12 - Strong computer literacy - SAP experience would be an advantage
• 1 year relevant experience
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Deadline driven
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to details
• Displays initiative

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Claims processing: processing of credit notes for pricing claims and processing of credit notes for claims that have been authorized by the depot.
• Capture schedules on excel that go to principals for authorization on pricing claims.
• Information and data management: match credit notes to the correct documents and file them.
• Ad hoc administration: filing, scanning and assisting with other claim queries.
