Duties:
Ensure patient’s records and files are properly kept and secured; Reconcile patients’ records with various registers;
ensure ongoing data capturing from patient records in to the database with high standards of accuracy;
identify, resolve or query missing data and errors observed during data entry, electronic checks or manual review;
report missing data and errors to the manager at the facility; review and validate all data from the patient records to ensure all data is correct, complete and logical; communicate and distribute data to the facility.
