Engage with customers through targeted communication approaches, supporting the Customer Success team by providing key data on product usage and feedback to help drive improvements.
Track and share insights with support teams to help shape solutions and improve processes, enhancing the overall user experience.

What you need:
A relevant tertiary qualification is essential - Business Administration, Marketing, etc.
Proficiency in English for effective communication in a business environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI, including pivot tables, advanced modelling, and creating charts/graphs.
Experience with PowerPoint for presenting data and insights clearly.
Strong interest in working with data and the ability to draw meaningful insights for initial analysis and conclusions.
