Deputy Director: Biodiversity Education and Public Engagement
Manage the operationalisation of the Kids in Gardens, awareness-raising programmes, capacity development;programmes and Outreach Greening Programmes for the Biodiversity Education and Public Engagement Directorate;
Coordinate SANBI programs with other relevant human capital development initiatives;
Manage human resources for the unit; and
Perform financial management activities.
This position requires a degree in Environmental Education/Conservation Field or equivalent qualification at NQF 7. A relevant postgraduate degree or equivalent degree at NQF 8 will be an added advantage. This position also requires 8 years of work experience in Environmental Education, 4 years of which should be in a supervisory position(s).
