Matric plus an undergraduate qualification (NQF level 7) in Town and Regional Planning and/ or Built Environment.
The incumbent should have at least a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Infrastructure Project Management at Middle/Senior management level. Registration with SACPLAN will be added as an advantage. A Pre-Entry SMS Certificate is a prerequisite. Possession of a valid driver’s license.
Duties :
Lead and manage the application town and regional planning principles in land development. Manage the provision of Geographical Information System (GIS) and conduct environmental impact assessment.
Manage and facilitate rapid land release programme. Administer and coordinate wide provincial informal settlements upgrade strategy. Management of the business unit.
