A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Rights environment at managerial (Assistant Director) level; Knowledge of Public Finance Management Act, regulations within the Justice and Constitutional Development area; Knowledge and understanding of Human Rights,
Constitution of South Africa and relevant governance prescripts. Skills and Competencies: Applied strategic thinking; Applied technology;
