An LLB qualification (NQF level 7) as recognized by SAQA;
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in legislation drafting and implementation at management (Assistant Director) level; Admitted as an Advocate/Attorney; Knowledge of Public Finance Management Act, Public Service Regulations, and Treasury Regulations; Practical experience in Legislative drafting.
