Annual Salary:

• R 630 458.28 (Excluding benefits)

Requirements:

• Grade 12. A minimum qualification of Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management / Public Administration or B. Ed degree. Minimum of 02 - 03 years relevant experience of which 01 year at supervisory level. Computer literacy. A driver's license.

Purpose of the Job:

• Aligns and facilitates the implementation of the workplace skills plan (WSP) through council's skills development strategy and objectives, evaluating and implementing programs (Learnerships, Bursaries, Experiential and Internships). Conducting skills analysis and facilitation of staff skills audit. Plans and controls the key performance areas associated with Work Study, Organizational Design, Job Descriptions. Provides administrative assistance in the implementation of the Employment Equity Plan. Plans and monitors the implementation of the Performance Management and Development System (PMDS), including alignment of WSP with Personal Development Plans (PDPs).
