Annual Salary:

• R 630 458.28 (Excluding benefits)

Requirements:

• Grade 12. A minimum qualification of Diploma / Degree in HR Management / Business Management / Public Administration or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 02 - 03 years relevant experience of which 01 year at supervisory level. A valid driver's license. Computer literacy: MS Office.

Purpose of the job:

• Facilitates key performance areas associated with the Institutional Performance Management System through planning, monitoring, evaluating and reporting. Monitors the application of prescribed legislations when implementing the Institutional Performance Management System such as MFMA of 2003, MSA of 2000, and Performance Regulations. Implementing improvement in the institutional performance management system through feedback received from all stakeholders to bring about effectiveness and efficiency of the system as a whole. Implements and monitors compliance to the performance management system policies. Monitoring progress with respect to identified and approved projects against specific key performance indicators and measures. Facilitating the development scorecards, performance reports and personal development plans.
