What you will be doing

Drive Design Programs:

• Collaborate with design leadership to define, plan, and execute strategic design programs.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of design projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Enablement for Design Function:

• Develop and implement processes that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the design team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tools and resources that empower the design function.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Foster a culture of collaboration between design and other cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain communication channels to ensure clear and effective information flow.

Metrics and Reporting:

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact and efficiency of design operations.
• Provide regular reports on design initiatives and their outcomes.

Team Development:

• Mentor and guide junior members of the design operations team.
• Contribute to the professional development of design team members.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in design operations or a related role.
• Proven track record of driving and managing design programs.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience implementing design processes and tools that enhance team efficiency.
• Familiarity with design tools and technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
