Job Description

• Drive digital performance and shape online brand growth in a high-performance team.
• We seek a commercially astute Digital and eCommerce Specialist to develop and deliver digital strategies that elevate brand presence and optimise online revenue.
• Reporting to the Marketing Manager and General Manager, this role is both strategic and hands-on, involving full ownership of digital channels, campaign execution, and eCommerce operations.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications
• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar digital/eCommerce role
• eCommerce and social media platform management are essential
• Beauty industry and category management experience are advantageous

Technical & Digital Skills

• Deep understanding of SEO, PPC, email, social media, and display advertising
• CRM and automation tools ( Sales and Marketing Manager)
• eCommerce and web analytics platforms
• CMS tools and ERP system familiarity
• Strong Microsoft Office and project management skills

Key Competencies

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
• Creative eye with commercial sensibility
• A/B testing and analytics interpretation
• Experience with influencer and affiliate marketing

Preferred

• Knowledge of the South African beauty and digital consumer landscape
• Background in loyalty and retention program implementation
