    Digital Marketing Graduate

    Role Purpose

    Supports the Marketing and MSO in driving their digital agenda in South Africa. Responsible for assisting in the creation of Integrated Multi Channel Marketing strategies, content creation and the execution of digital marketing campaign deliverables. Provides ongoing digital support across key pharma brands maximizing usage across key channels including social media, Search, Veeva CRM and online brand and non-brand websites.

    Key Responsibilities and Tasks

    • Champions the use of digital by being an advocate and partner to our Brand managers ensuring digital campaigns are included, created and executed as part of the Integrated Multi Channel Marketing framework, annual brand plans and Customer Engagement Evolution
    • Assist in the creation and execution of local digital content and campaigns
    • Supports Pharma’s digital agenda across social, search and online
    • Liaises with the brand managers and Integrated Multi Channel Marketing Champions to gather insights, content roll-out and understanding of key needs and opportunities for digital content creation
    • Works closely with the functional head to optimize and improve our websites, social presence and other online initiatives that increases traffic/views and overall engagement online
    • Required to engage with 3rd party vendors, internal parties and agencies where necessary to bridge any gaps and to leverage their expertise for activation and enabling of these plans
    • Attendance at key industry events and meetups is encouraged to drive personal development but also to adopt best practice and new learnings that can be leveraged within the organization.
    • Working with the multi-functional team to identify and extract key business insights from brand campaigns and customer segments that can shape future strategy

    Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

    • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing
    • Passionate about digital customer experience
    • Project management an advantage
    • Strong communicator with preferable an understanding of the pharma sector
    • Can work simultaneously with multiple stakeholders on different projects
    • Analytical mindset with a view to understanding both patient and HCP customer multi-channel journeys
    • Microsoft Office Package trained
    • Team player with a collaborative working style, strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
