    Digital Marketing Manager

    Job Purpose:

    To plan and implement the best ways of promoting our brand, products, and services in the digital environment of online, social media, and mobile to cost-effectively deliver the maximum commercial benefit in accordance with business strategic objectives.

    Job Objectives:

    • Analyze and research customer data, market trends, and previous marketing activities to direct activities to develop and execute 360o advertising and marketing strategies across all digital channel to achieve business objectives
    • Develop, manage and optimize the search engine marketing campaigns including AdWords and display to drive paid traffic to the website
    • Develop, manage and optimize the online marketing campaigns that support the business marketing objectives e.g. banner advertising
    • Design, optimize and brief all emails content and data mining requirements to drive email traffic to the website
    • Coordinate and optimize the social media content and advertising strategy in accordance with the business strategies
    • Develop, brief, and manage all the digital advertising and marketing requirements to drive traffic to the paid supplier assets in accordance with contracts
    • Develop, execute and manage affiliate and referral programs to drive traffic to the website
    • Responsible for and coordinate all the communication to the paid package suppliers
    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing advertising and marketing

    Skills:

    • Strong analytics skills; exposure to marketing analytics

    Experience:

    • Prior experience & track record in digital marketing and social media

    • Experience in working in a cross-functional team and managing external vendors to deliver objectives

    Education:

    • Degree or formal higher education – (marketing, media, business)
