An appropriate Bachelor’s Degree/undergraduate qualification NQF level 7 in Public Administration/ Human Resource Management or related qualification as recognized by South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
A postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage. Proof of completion of the SMS pre-entry programme (Nyukela) upon appointment.
5 years’ experience at a middle/senior managerial level in the related field. Valid driver’s license (with exception of people with disabilities).
