• Hiring, onboarding, coaching and continually developing a team of Data Processing Analysts.
• Actively participating in monitoring and reporting on business-driven service key metrics.
• Ensuing service delivery on a daily basis.
• Identifying, evaluating and mitigating potential risks in your area.
• Building trues and long-term relationships with business managers.
