You’re out there opening doors, creating opportunity, and turning conversations into commercial wins. The is a true Business Developer Rep role, high mobility, high ownership and high impact.
What You’ll Do
Develop and grow motor dealer partnerships across Gauteng (with national travel as required).
Prospect, pitch, and secure new business while expanding existing accounts.
Build trusted relationships with dealer decision-makers and influencers.
Identify commercial opportunities and tailor insurance solutions that deliver value.
Own your pipeline end-to-end leads, conversions, growth, and retention.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and partner performance.
Stay ahead of risks, competitors, and market shifts.
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Business Development Rep or Sales Rep (non-negotiable).
Demonstrated ability to open doors and close deals.
Strong commercial instinct and confident, face-to-face selling ability.
Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working independently in the field.
A relationship builder who plays the long game and delivers results.
What You’ll Need
Own, reliable vehicle.
Willingness to travel extensively (Gauteng primarily, with national travel when required).
Strong territory and pipeline management discipline.
