Drill Rig Operator (B7)
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Higher National Certificate , Matric , National Certificate
- Experience 3 - 5 years
- Location
- City Rustenburg
- Job Field Engineering / Technical
Work Output Description
Operate drill rig underground while adhering to all applicable standards for safety and quality.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 10 / Standard 8 / Abet Level 4 or equivalent
- 3 years experience as Drill Rig Operator/Assistant
- Drill Rig Operator Certificate
Advantageous
- Grade 12/ Matric or NQF 4 Equivalent
- 3-5 Years experience as Drill Rig Operator
Skills and Knowledge
- Basic English literacy
- Basic Strata Control (Competent A and/ or B MQA)
Physical/Legal Requirements
- Fit for Duty/Certificate of Fitness
- RFAC (Rehabilitation Fitness Assessment certificate) and HTS (Heat Tolerance Screening)
- Clear Credit / Criminal Record
- Hand-eye co-ordination (Dover)
- Valid Driver’s License
