What You’ll Do

• As our E-Learning Administrator, you’ll manage and support the Moodle Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless learning experiences for employees and learners.

Key responsibilities include:

• LMS Management & Support: Provide first-line support, upload content, create user accounts, and maintain system efficiency.
• E-Learning Content & Reporting: Assist in developing learning content, assessments, and reports for employees and HR teams.
• Online Learnership Support: Track learner progress, support recruitment processes, and liaise with SETAs and training providers.
• Training & System Enhancement: Train users on the LMS and work to improve system functionality.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in LMS administration (Moodle experience essential).
• Qualifications: Matric required; a Higher Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration or Graphic Design is an advantage.
• Skills: Articulate Storyline, SAP systems training (advantageous), strong attention to detail, and excellent planning & organizational skills.
