    Production Administrator

    Key Performance Areas:

    Process Order Management:

    • Manage high-volume process orders daily, weekly, and monthly.
    • Settle and close orders while processing waste data.
    • Maintain waste registers, reconcile variances, and provide explanations.

    Variance Analysis:

    • Analyse process variances and prepare weekly reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.

    Waste Tracking & Reporting:

    • Maintain weekly and year-to-date waste registers.
    • Collect and analyse waste data, investigate variances, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
    • Validate and upload waste reasons into Shopware.

    Inventory Control:

    • Coordinate and participate in stock counts (monthly, mid-year, and annual).
    • Investigate variances, ensure SAP updates, and monitor inventory levels.

    Reporting & Data Management:

    • Capture daily manufacturing stats and month-end production data in SAP.
    • Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including labour efficiency and waste performance metrics.
    • Prepare detailed stats for finance and technical teams.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Experience:

    • Minimum 2 years in manufacturing, preferably food production.

    Qualifications:

    • Matric with a BCom (Accounting/Management Accounting), National Diploma, or BTech in Accounting or equivalent qualification.

    Skills:

    • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel (advanced).
    • Expertise in inventory management and financial processes.
    • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

    HR Officer

    Key Responsibilities: 

    Labour Broker and Benefit Administration

    • Manage benefit administration and oversee HR projects, ensuring timely execution and effective communication with employees regarding company policies.

    Human Resources Reporting and Compliance

    • Generate and manage HR-related reports, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external legislation. Maintain up-to-date job profiles and ensure organizational structures are regularly reviewed.

    Performance Management and Appraisals

    • Coordinate performance management processes, advising line managers on handling performance reviews and improvement plans. Ensure all appraisals and documentation are completed and properly filed.

    Industrial Relations

    Millwright - Packaging

    Job Specification:

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Carry out maintenance, repair and fault finding tasks to ensure machine availability for production to reach targets
    • Maintain pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical equipment on machinery.
    • Perform electrical and mechanical planned maintenance Installation and repair of all machinery.
    • Set timing, cams and limits on equipment as per manufacturers’ specifications.
    • Investigate root causes of plant failures.
    • Support with project implementation.
    • Communicate downtime data to the Engineering Foreman and ensure downtime targets are met.
    • Work with VFFS packaging machinery, food processing equipment, conveyers, Multi-head weighers, Bosch Flow and roll wrap machines, CAMA Case packing, Cermex, Cam, Klik-klock, robotic palletisers and general factory equipment.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • At least 5 years’ experience as a Millwright in high-speed packaging machines and plant equipment maintenance and repairs required within a FMCG environment.

    Qualifications:

    • Matric / Grade 12
    • Trade tested as a Millwright at an accredited training facility
    • Completed Mechanical / Electrical Engineering qualification or minimum N4 qualification

    Senior Marine Superintendent

    Job Specification:

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Management of the Shore and vessel based Engineers and their performance.
    • To manage vessel equipment condition and reliability via the sea going staff.
    • Establish an in-depth marine engineering knowledge across all functional location of every vessel within the fleet.
    • To work hand in hand with the planning department to plan, implement and completed all vessel maintenance tasks.
    • Oversee the daily operations of maintenance and repair, budgeting, survey schedules on board general assessment of vessels, inspections and vessel turn around works.
    • Ensure the vessels are technically operational or otherwise managed accordingly to the management requirements.
    • To plan maintenance and corrective works required during vessel turn around stops.
    • To implement, update and monitor, engineering standing orders and standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
    • To look at best engineering practices for all vessels and establish a sound Engineering Excellence practice for the marine engineering department.

    Road Technician

    Job Specification:
    Key Performance Areas:

    • Repair faulty equipment.
    • Fault Finding – Intermediate to Advanced. Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & software related.
    • Testing all equipment to ensure it is mechanically, aesthetically, and functionally acceptable.
    • Calibrating and or programming of equipment to ensure the right quality of coffee products is produced.
    • Install beverage equipment & test with product before leaving the Customer.
    • Upliftment of equipment.

    • Keep equipment manuals up to date.

    S.H.E. Responsibilities:

    • Keep own work area clean, neat & safe at all times.

    Quality Assurance Supervisor

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage shift schedules and assign tasks to QC Technicians.
