Key Performance Areas:
Process Order Management:
- Manage high-volume process orders daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Settle and close orders while processing waste data.
- Maintain waste registers, reconcile variances, and provide explanations.
Variance Analysis:
- Analyse process variances and prepare weekly reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Waste Tracking & Reporting:
- Maintain weekly and year-to-date waste registers.
- Collect and analyse waste data, investigate variances, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Validate and upload waste reasons into Shopware.
Inventory Control:
- Coordinate and participate in stock counts (monthly, mid-year, and annual).
- Investigate variances, ensure SAP updates, and monitor inventory levels.
Reporting & Data Management:
- Capture daily manufacturing stats and month-end production data in SAP.
- Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including labour efficiency and waste performance metrics.

Minimum Requirements:
Experience:

Labour Broker and Benefit Administration
- Manage benefit administration and oversee HR projects, ensuring timely execution and effective communication with employees regarding company policies.
Human Resources Reporting and Compliance
- Generate and manage HR-related reports, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external legislation. Maintain up-to-date job profiles and ensure organizational structures are regularly reviewed.

- Management of the Shore and vessel based Engineers and their performance.
- To manage vessel equipment condition and reliability via the sea going staff.
- Establish an in-depth marine engineering knowledge across all functional location of every vessel within the fleet.
