    Ecommerce Specialist

    Job Summary:
    The role is focused on working on international selling platforms and will require flexible hours due to time zone differences

    Key Responsibilities

    • Writing content for online listings, primarily on Amazon Vendor Central & Seller Central
    • Managing and maintaining all aspects of platform listings 
    • Focusing on Margins and Bottom lines 
    • Building and updating Store Fronts on sales platforms for Brands
    • Setting up and maintaining Marketing Services campaigns both Google and various platforms 
    • Creating high quality detail pages for listings
    • Working with buying team to understand all new products coming through to ensure they are listed on selling channels correctly and on time
    • Working with logistics imports and exports in the international markets 
    • Maintaining a marketing plan to ensure products being promoted are visible online
    • Maintaining stock levels and items specs/packaging requirements for Amazon Seller and other Direct Sales Channels
    • Work with the marketing & design team to ensure products have enough imagery and videos for online content
    • Analyze competitors' products, content and prices
    • Responsible for all online activities 
    • Constantly updates and improves the brand’s websites and listings
    • Provides analytic reports on online sales 
    • Responsible for all SEO 
    • Google Shopping, PPC, CMS, Retargeting Ads, Social Media Ads, Email marketing 
    • Develop digital imagery and content standards and ensure all imagery and content is consistent, both in naming, sizing and colour 
    • Stays up to date on online, software, industry and data trends 
    • Research and development of new online marketing strategies, and for implementing the vision of the founders. 
    • Incorporates Best Practices 

    Skills Required

    • Minimum of 3+ years in an ecommerce specialist or similar position
    • Google Adwords – required
    • An understanding of pay per click marketing (PPC) - required
    • Supply Chain Management – desirable
    • Must have experience in copy writing
    • Must possess some ecommerce experience working with third party vendors
    • Previous experience of working with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central (AMS) - preferably both
    • Knowledge of the consumer product market and what key features consumers will be looking for
    • High level of Microsoft Excel knowledge
    • Must be able to do basic amendments to imagery in Photoshop
    • High level of copywriting in relation to consumer product information - essential
    • Be able to multi task while keeping to deadlines
    • Ability to format content in basic HTML is preferable but if not must be willing/confident to learn this
    • Understanding of Ecommerce Ecosystem i.e. Google, Amazon, 3rd Party analysis software etc..
