Electrician at Firmenich

Key Responsibilities

• Supports various plant engineering support teams within the facility.
• Works with plant operations staff to ensure operability of the plant.
• Works with engineering staff to ensure continuous improvement.
• Work with HS+E on a proactive basis to improve the operational safety of the facility.
• Assists in the training of Operations Staff as new processes/controls/equipment is installed.
• Conducts regular Safety Walks and periodical HS&E assessments within the Plant
• Ensures 100% compliance to all HS&E protocols defined in accordance with local, regional and global HS&E directives
• Ensures that company ethics and the Firmenich Fundamentals are embedded in daily operations

We Value

• N6 plus Electrician’s Trade Test
• At least 20 years’ experience in Manufacturing Site Operations
• Is aware of the food safety management system and ensure that they meet any requirements set for them by the food safety management system.
• Follow all Prerequisite Programs and adhere to all food safety rules.
• Perform all tasks assigned to them to maintain the continued execution of the food safety management system – this refers to performing maintenance tasks and check sheets, set food safety checks, recording of such checks and reporting any faults or deviations found when performing such checks .
