Eligibility Associate (Underwriter) at FlexClub

ROLE OVERVIEW

The member onboarding eligibility associate is responsible for ensuring that Flexclub only approves customers who are eligible to purchase subscriptions. A key aspect of the role will be to analyze customer data and make decisions, also picking up any fraudulent activity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess different customers eligibility across different customer types (workers & consumers)
• Identify areas for improvement that will help convert more accounts into eligible users
• Coordinate with the onboarding and operations teams to provide fast, seamless assistance to users
• Keep meticulous records of calls and feedback from users
• Work towards well-defined targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Work with Analytics and Automation team to develop new ways of understanding and assessing users

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills - You are professional and persuasive in your dealings with people
• Customer-centric attitude
• Team player who will coordinate well with others, providing and seeking assistance when needed
• The proactive approach always ensures to provide every customer all the information they may need
• Great organizational skills - You are able to juggle multiple work streams at once and keep track of all follow-ups
• Sales/Telesales experience is favorable
• Experience analyzing and assessing customers at scale
