Endpoint Management Engineer (Enterprise Software) at Datacentrix

Datacentrix Cape Town is looking for an Endpoint Management Support Engineer with experience in SCCM and Intune.  Provide Microsoft server and Cloud services support.   A minimum of 5 years' experience in the SCCM environment and 3 years exposure to Intune required. Good understanding of server environment

Critical Requirements - Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

• Matric Qualification 
• MCSE, with 70-703, 70-745 or similar
• Tertiary IT qualification
• OS deployment
• Application packaging and deployment
• Patch management
• Reporting
• Ability to clearly articulate problems and solutions with the technical team

Primary Role Accountabilities:

• Operating system deployment
• Office 365 administration
• Device hardening and vulnerability management
• Assist with escalations from 1nd line support engineers
