    Engagement Teams Support Manager

    Description of the role and purpose of the job:
    We currently have one (1) vacancy for a Manager (C2) in IARCS within our Johannesburg office to assist the Business Unit’s leadership and management team with day-to-day client administration, financial management, project management and business development/proposals support.

    • The Project Manager will work closely with the IARCS Engagement Teams Head, Partners, Associate  Directors and Managers to assist with various coordinating Engagement Teams strategic initiatives,  client management, financial management, project administration and business development related tasks.
    • The Project Manager is required to be a detail-oriented person to ensure work is accurate and  performed timely, and will require good communication, computer and organizational skills with an  ability to balance numerous tasks at one time.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Participates in supporting the partners in advance Engagement Teams strategic initiatives
    • Assist Engagement Teams with the organization and management of the daily client and project related activities including ensuring an efficient flow of information and administrative support to the projects, including project and progress reporting for project management and review purposes.
    • Support Engagement Teams with lock up management and related client financial management, billings
    • Support Engagement Teams with risk management compliance 
    • Coordinate and support Engagement Teams processes to drive go to market, business development, thought leadership and proposal preparation. 
    • Draw up, obtain approval and distribute required project documentation
    • Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate Engagement Teams managers, were relevant client stakeholders, providing regular contact on project status and changes.
    • Key project documentation quality review, formatting
    • Manage reporting and tracking progress on Engagement Teams projects, portfolio, strategic initiatives

    Qualifications

    • Minimum requirements to apply for the role (including qualifications and experience):
    • 5+ years proven experience as a project administrator or in similar management role.
