Engineer, Release Train at Standard Bank Group

Job Description

• Facilitate the execution of a singular complexed Agile Release Train (ART) within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Guide the team through PI Planning, ensuring alignment with the Program and Portfolio levels, and facilitating the execution of the PI objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement to ensure consistent value delivery. Provide visibility of health of feature delivery, overall program increment, promote Lean-Agile transformation, influencing, coaching leaders/teams in the new processes.

• Field of Study: Information Technology
• Licenses & Certifications: Certified Scrum Manager

Experience Required

Delivery Facilitation / Agile Transformation

• 5-7 years
• Experience with SAFe 4 framework and implementation of Agile Release Trains and Lean Agile Progreamme execution in small to medium solution.
• 5-7 years
• Good understanding of Agile working practices and LEAN and Scrum proficiency and working collaboravelty across teams
