Enrollement Temp - Pretoria at Eduvos

The Position:

• Weare looking to recruit Enrolment Temps to assist with the facilitation of the enrolment process as well as student queries regarding any enrolment related subject topics.

Additional notes:

• This is a 4-month fixed-term opportunity, and the successful candidates will be remunerated for duties completed
• Training will be implemented for the duties and responsibilities concerned

Minimum Requirements    
In order to be considered for the opportunity, the following minimum requirement must be met:

• A relevant undergraduate degree

Duties and Responsibilities    
Responsibilities:

• Support the students on campus / online with all enrolment related queries and processes
• Support teams on campus with Data Integrity check
• Assist students and prospective students with campus tours and logistical navigation for classes
• Assist all relevant departments involved with enrolment with administrative tasks and duties to expedite an excellent student experience
• To assist in the administration and activities as required for the execution of a fast-tracked enrolment process where applicable to the Pre-Enrolment campaign
• Scanning and saving of Personal Information of prospective students as is needed for enrolment from a regulatory perspective
