Environmental Health Practitioner at City of Cape Town

Requirements

• A relevant tertiary qualification, preferably a National Diploma or BTech degree in Environmental Health
• Registration as an Environmental Health Practitioner with the Health Professions Council of South Africa for independent practice
• 1 year’s completed Community Service in Environmental Health Peace Officer
• Registration with Department of Agriculture if applicable
• Knowledge of the relevant Acts and Regulations pertaining to Environmental Health
• Valid Code EB driver’s licence
• Prepared to work in a red zone area including weekends and/or at night if required
• Must be physically fit
