Operational delivery

• Generate, update and maintain high quality, accurate and relevant programming information in advance across allocated channels
• Source and edit relevant programme information according to business requirements – including images
• Assume responsibility and ownership of on air quality pertaining to EPG data
• Work closely with sister departments and other business units on changes so that they may be effectively communicated and implemented.
• Provide a dynamic approach to scheduling EPG information, incorporating speed and urgency.
• Generate and ensure slugs match program information
• Update and maintain series linking on relevant channels
• High level understanding of territories and bouquets to ensure that the best value is extracted from key sports rights on all relevant platforms
• Be available for weekend standby shifts to assist TX Producers by facilitating changes to the EPG.

Qualification:

• Matric/ Grade 12

Qualification Preferred:

• Varied media experience or tertiary qualification in media/ journalism is advantageous.
