    Supply Chain Support Specialist

    Key Accountabilities:

    Supply Chain Support

    • Provide 1st line user support and analyze and resolve ad hoc queries regarding the entire S&D solution (SAP, ICC, Clarity, and CRM)
    • Achieve timeous query resolution as outlined in the SLA, executing best practices on change management and maintaining device data integrity
    • Champion the S&D solution within the business, encourage usage of the solution & assist in identifying user training needs
    • Liaise with IT to administer user locations and users on S&D functionality
    • Assist with planning, design, testing and implementation of S&D functionalities
    • Analyze causes of failures on Evolution S&D interfaces and integration messages and events
    • Clearing of failed interface and integration S&D transactions and relevant reporting to management
    • Assist with the creation of test packs to support testing S&D scenarios
    • Assist with the preparation and planning for UAT e.g. facilities, test data, identification of correct business participants
    • Assist with implementing support processes and procedures e.g. with the service desk
    • Participate in UAT in conjunction with business users, S&D project teams and SAP CoE
    • Help define and refine business processes for S&D
    • Analyze reconciliation reports (e.g. SAP/KMS reconciliation), identify reasons for differences and work with the business owners to resolve
    • Assist with the design of roles within S&D and resolve any segregation of duties issues together with the authorizations team
    • Assist with the identification of solution gaps and the review, approval and prioritization of potential changes
    • Serve as internal consultants to the S&D project teams and SAP CoE on current business processes and procedures
    • Assist with coaching where needed - provide one-on-one coaching of business users upon request
    • Help ensure that S&D user documentation is accurate and complete
    • Ensure that S&D master data maintenance is accurate and timeous

    Serialized Device Dashboard

    • Work with the BI team to clean up all stock related issues found on the Serialized Device Dashboard
    • Reconcile serial numbers of DTT/DTH/Mobile devices on Billing
    • platforms against those on KMS/SAP as defined within the project scope
    • Manage the serial number ranges of all hardware across Africa
    • Troubleshoot and resolve all shipping and distribution queries raised by key stakeholder’s

    Ensure Data integrity and Support

    • Ensure that Billing platform configuration is updated to prevent further data integrity challenges around device movement, and ensure configuration of new decoder and smartcard models is done correctly and timeously
    • Ensure that secure files from decoder manufacturers (OSC files) and Irdeto (TSC files) are uploaded correctly onto KMS and SAP
    • Ensure that attribute files from decoder manufacturers are uploaded correctly onto Billing System and SAP
    • SAP data integrity updates by fixing mismatches between SAP and billing system, update device model/material
    • Resolve all hardware related queries originating from the Billing system
    • Maintain ageing of less than 10 days on 80% of KPI’s

    Improve Internal Controls

    • Maintain SAP SOD violations at below 5% of total transactions per user
    • Document & implement mitigation controls for SOD violations
    • Implement and maintain properly authorized inventory purchase order release strategies

    Improve Supply Chain Systems

    • Provide planning, assistance and guidance on an ongoing basis for all assigned projects (as outlined in approved/agreed KPIs)

    Qualifications:

     

    • Relevant Diploma is essential
    • SAP certification would be advantageous

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
    • SAP experience is required
    • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skill required

    • To ensure that camera outputs in a Studio are delivered in line with the required Broadcasting standards to the viewer.

    Technical Operations

    EPG Scheduler

    Tasks

    Operational delivery

    • Generate, update and maintain high quality, accurate and relevant programming information in advance across allocated channels
    • Source and edit relevant programme information according to business requirements – including images
    • Assume responsibility and ownership of on air quality pertaining to EPG data
    • Work closely with sister departments and other business units on changes so that they may be effectively communicated and implemented.

    Production Assistant - MultiChoice City

    Purpose of the Position:

    • To perform assigned by the executive producer, Senior producer and producer. This also includes administrative tasks

    Monitor correct Broadcasting Spec

    • Make sure keys are in the correct position
    • Make sure durations are correct according to natural breaks in the material
    • Clean video and audio in and out points
    • Make sure audio channels are correctly chosen and noted

    Sponsorship Requirements Noted          

    • Ensure sponsorship requirements are checked before they are executed – must correspond with Sponsorship Sheet
    • Implement sponsor requirements as per Sponsorship Sheets
    • Ensure sponsorship requirements are noted every time they are executed
    • Provide accurate records to Sponsors regarding their elements – to the exact second that it occurs and ensure records are completed according to SuperSport requirements (need SOPs)

    • Make sure all music originated within SuperSport premises has a music cue sheet
    • Ensure music cue sheets are completed and filed as per SuperSport requirements        

    Running Order Assistance           

    • Collect running orders from Producer, photocopied or emailed and distributed timeously
    • Type running orders and check durations
    • Assist producer / director in following of running order – reminders are provided as required
    • Continuous calculating to ensure that programme is on course to be completed within the correct duration        

    File Management           

    • All relevant documents and copies thereof can be accessed easily in files
    • Correct naming conventions have been used for stored resources
    • Correct formats have been used for storage of projects               

    Comms / Info / Liaison  

    • Correct Comms and Studio etiquette is followed (SOPs needed)
    • Deliver required information accurately due to maintaining positive relationships with relevant parties e.g. ICR, Studio, Gallery, MCR and SCCR

    Edited Material & Research

    • Perform segmentation of digital footage using correct naming conventions
    • Clip highlights – as per requirements of sport and producer   
    • Ensure appropriate information is located and delivered as per sport and producer requirements     

    Qualifications

    • A Matric Certificate or Equivalent NQF Level 4 Qualification

    Specialist: Payment Operations & Quality Assurance

    Key Accountabilities:

    Operational Delivery

    • Vendor relations, Onboarding, integration, Compliance & Support
    • Manage & monitor service levels regarding Payment APIs and integration systems
    • Ensure Payment Systems are operational, and quality checked when enterprise applications undergo changes such as:
    • Ad-hoc BAU requests, i.e. Pricing, VAT, Clarity Builds, Offer launches, Feb billing, New products etc.
