Vendor relations, Onboarding, integration, Compliance & Support
Manage & monitor service levels regarding Payment APIs and integration systems
Ensure Payment Systems are operational, and quality checked when enterprise applications undergo changes such as:
Ad-hoc BAU requests, i.e. Pricing, VAT, Clarity Builds, Offer launches, Feb billing, New products etc.
Prioritize and be the face and SME for Payments for all projects and drive payment requirements
Formulate a backlog and capacity management plan for testing resources and ensure that the management team is continuously updated on progress
Own the Payment journey and be the payments SME for all QA, testing, Projects and provide representation within meetings to senior organisational stakeholders
Provide support for data migration and clean-up activities and system rollouts
Understand the MultiChoice web services and payment methods and ensure that this knowledge is passed down to all other members of the team
Ensure expert knowledge of provisioning and billing systems
Understand monitoring tools
Understand the SDLC processes
Assist business and support leads on the operational support of 3rd Party Payments
Translate how to solve the vendor’s integration objectives using development API protocols such as SOAP
Understand goals and objectives of vendor as compared to the purpose and capabilities of the 3rd Party payment systems
Configure client solutions through test and production environments
Serve as the face of MAH during payment system integration to external parties and internal stakeholders
Understand software components involved during payment integration
Troubleshoot technical issues with vendor integrations
Create and formulate quality solutions to assist project teams when needed
Lead team members to ensure effective delivery of team objectives
Encourage frequent knowledge sharing between team members
Assist the management team in driving transformation initiatives
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Technology/Information Management
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Customer Care, Billing and 3rd Party Payment Processes
Amazon Web Services (AWS), LDAP, PKI authentication, SSL
Working knowledge of API-based services (e.g. REST, SOAP)
Experience working in a high availability environment with multiple operational instances
Experience in working with external stakeholders
Experience with, and understanding of, Customer Care, Billing and 3rd Party Payment Processes
