ERP Analyst - Plant Maintenace and Customer Relationship Management ( CRM)
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Bachelors
- Experience 2 years
- Location Western Cape
- City Cape Town
- Job Field Customer Care, Success and Service
Requirements
- Minimum relevant three-year tertiary qualification, preference will be given to candidates with a relevant B degree
- Minimum two (2) years’ relevant experience in providing and supporting SAP functions
Plant Maintenance
- Relevant working knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance and / or knowledge of maintenance business processes would be advantageous.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Relevant working knowledge of SAP CRM and / or knowledge of maintenance business processes would be advantageous.
Key Performance Areas
- Assist with identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems within own area of responsibility
- Maintain effective internal/external client/user relationships
- Execute unit testing and string testing and business scenario testing solutions
- Provide user support including dealing with Helpdesk issues as required
- Assist with preparation of training and business requirements documentation.
