Minimum Requirements    

• BSC Degree in IT
• 5+ years of experience with Sage 300 and Sage X3
• Knowledge of Crystal Reports or other reporting software application
• Knowledge of Windows Server and workstation operating systems
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server which could relate to configuration, support or report writing.
• Functional and Technical support
• Must have clear criminal record
• Valid Drivers License
• Must have own vehicle

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Provide Functional and Technical Expertise for SAGE 300 PEOPLE, SAGE X3
• Develop subject matter expertise on Sage products and serve as escalation point for any implementation and operational issues.
• Apply technical and business knowledge to analyse business requirements and match them to system functionality.
• Perform gap analysis, identify options and make recommendations on best methods to address gaps including customization's, third party products, process changes and/or other industry best practices.
• Identify problems, software specification and/or design, implementation, documentation, testing, training and solution deployment adhering to Sage’s Methodology
• Conducts analysis of client business processes and requirements.
• Prepare appropriate documentation to communicate and validate the information.
• Document requirements, workflow, and system specifications.
• Ensure optimal set up and configuration for all Sage products.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of payroll and HR processes and regulations.
