As an Event Coordinator within our Global Marketing & Communications team, you’ll be the driving force behind planning and executing impactful events that showcase Hatch’s expertise and strengthen client relationships. From industry conferences and tradeshows to webinars and internal celebrations, you’ll ensure every detail reflects our brand and delivers an exceptional experience.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves organizing and problem-solving, and wants to contribute to Hatch’s global presence through memorable, well-executed events.
What you’ll do
Plan, coordinate, and execute participation in industry events, conferences, webinars, and tradeshows.
Uphold global conferences and events process.
Manage event logistics, including venue coordination, scheduling, and liaising with third party organizations.
Oversee promotional items and branded materials, including ordering, inventory management, and distribution for events.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.
Support event-related marketing activities, including social media promotion and post-event reporting.
Maintain event calendars and budgets, ensuring timely execution and cost efficiency.
Measure and optimize event performance by tracking key metrics, analyzing campaign data, and reporting on ROI to ensure strategies deliver measurable business impact.
Provide creative input to enhance event experiences and align with Hatch brand standards and thought leadership.
Take direction and receive assignments from our local and global teams.
What you bring
A diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality and Event Planning, or Business Administration.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing or supporting corporate events, conferences, and tradeshows.
Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and vendors.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with event management platforms and project management platforms is an asset.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for creating outstanding and memorable event experiences.
