Purpose of the job
Provide administrative support and project coordination for the People Support (HR) initiatives, primarily assisting the Chief Executive and the Senior Leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination and administrative management for key People Solutions initiatives.
General management of the executive’s office, prioritizing project support.
Coordination of the PS Leaders schedules, aligning it with project milestones and deliverables.
Coordination, tracking, and reporting on the progress of People Solutions projects.
Represent the executive’s office, screen and direct inquiries.
Administration of monthly payments & budget control specific to departmental projects.
Compilation of departmental reports, focusing on project status and outcomes.
Preparation of presentations for Executive & Senior Leaders, including project progress reviews.
Planning and organising events, meetings & special projects.
Travel and accommodation arrangements for the executive and team
Manage and support the People Support department’s communication and correspondence, ensuring communication is efficient.
Support the broader People Support leadership team to achieve success in strategic project execution.
General administration duties, with an emphasis on supporting project team needs.
Requirements
A post matric Human Resources or Project Management qualification
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a project coordination role or similar, preferably in a HR team
Experience of working in an HR team environment will be advantageous
Excellent Computer Literacy: Excel, Power Point, Google Suite, and SAP advantageous
