- Experience: 3-5 years of proven success as a Financial Advisor.
- Leadership Aspirations: A dream of becoming a Unit Leader or owning your own sub-franchise.
- Mentorship Goals: A passion for guiding and mentoring other advisors.
- Established Success: You’ve built a substantial client base and want to expand your impact.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree (a postgraduate diploma in financial planning will be advantageous).
- Regulatory Status: Off supervision with a proven track record of compliance.
- Transportation: A reliable car to meet with clients and attend engagements.
- Work Style: Comfortable working on a commission-based structure.
- Location: Based in Johannesburg and familiar with the market.
