Face Shovel Mechanic

Description:
- Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for an experienced Face Shovel Mechanic (Diesel Mechanic) to join their mining company based in the Northern Cape.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance and repairs on heavy earthmoving equipment.
- Perform fault finding and attend to breakdowns.
- Complete planned maintenance tasks.
- Ensure safe working practices at all times.
- Complete job cards and report on work done.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- 3 years' relevant experience within a mining environment
- Diesel Mechanic Trade Test Certificate/Earthmoving Equipment Trade Test
- N2 Certificate in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience working on the following equipment: Komatsu PC1250, PC2000, and CAT 6030, 992K, and 993K
- Valid Driver's License
