A relevant B Degree in Civil/Built environment or Project
Management

Minimum Five (5) years' relevant post qualification experience
Knowledge and understanding of the Built Environment and
Project Management functions
A Code B (08) driver's license
Key Performance Areas
Coordinating capital and OPEX programmes and projects within the Infrastructure & Planning Branch, by providing financial, administrative, logistic and project management support within the MFMA environment
Monitoring expenditure trends on all OPEX and capital projects and ensuring adequate budget provision for the stages one(I) to six(6) of different projects
Performing contract management functions in line with the relevant City guidelines and directives
Coordinate and manage multi-dimensional project components, including budget control, to achieve tight delivery timeframes on project all project stages
Providing clear tender specifications in conjunctions with
Tenders and contracts unit
Maintaining records of agreements/approvals in respect of transversal tender use applications
Managing subordinate staff
Ensuring compliance all City policies and procedures.
