• We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Feature Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems analysis, business process optimization, and technical implementation. You will bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring that business requirements are met through technical development and systems integration.

Responsibilities: 

• Business Systems Evaluation: Assess existing business systems, identify inefficiencies, and document requirements to design effective solutions that improve business processes and drive long-term system efficiency.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to gather information, understand business needs, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• System Optimization: Lead the continuous review of business systems and processes, recommending and implementing optimization strategies to improve system performance and user experience.
• Requirements Analysis: Perform detailed requirements gathering and analysis, ensuring alignment between business goals and IT solutions. Document business processes, workflows, and systems specifications.
• System Integration: Work with cross-functional teams (IT, CX, and business teams) to ensure smooth system integration and deployment of new business solutions.
• Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, ensuring they understand new systems and processes. Create clear and concise training materials and user documentation.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support the UAT process, ensuring that new systems meet business needs and are effectively implemented.

Skills and Experience: 

• Technical Expertise: Strong experience with database administration (SQL, MySQL, Oracle), web technologies (Java, PHP, HTML, XML), and cloud technologies (AWS, Apache HTTP).
• Business Systems Management: Proven track record in managing and optimizing enterprise business systems, with experience in solutions like Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP-CRM, and SharePoint 360.
• Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies, with certifications like Scrum Fundamentals and Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
• Programming & Development: Experience with various programming languages (Java, VB, C++, Batch) and familiarity with IT development tools such as Visio and OpenVMS.
• Communication & Problem Solving: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and resolve complex system issues.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills, with experience in leading small-to-medium projects and managing deliverables within deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
