As a FEB Coordinator at the GS-0301-7, you will be part of Employee Services, Office of Personnel Management. If selected, you will be responsible for being a member of the Federal Executive Board Program. The FEB Program emphasizes improved economy, efficiency, and substantive effectiveness of the Executive Branch through strengthened communications and implementation of Federal initiatives and policies.
Duties
As part of a study or project team, conducts analyses and studies of policy issues in the Federal?community.Assisting?with the coordination and planning of designated FEB workforce development programs,including interagency training, employee recognition events, and leadership development.Completing?routine administrative support functions performed at?the local FEB.
Requiremennts
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service Suitable for Federal employment, determined by a background investigation May be required to successfully complete a probationary period Complete the initial online assessment and USAHire Assessment, if required This position is eligible for inclusion in the bargaining unit. if the duty station is finalized in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, employees in this position will be represented by the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) Local 32. if the duty station is finalized outside of the Washington, DC metropolitan area, this position will not be represented by a bargaining unit.
Qualifications
For the GS 7: You must have one year experience equivalent to the GS-05 in the federal government experience
assisting with the coordination and planning of designated FEB workforce development programs, including interagency training, employee recognition events, and leadership development;
responding to inquiries and requests for information regarding program.
OR 1 full year of graduate level education.
OR Superior Academic Achievement.
OR a combination of specialized experience and education that qualifies me for the GS-07 level or equivalent.
Applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible.
One year at the GS-05 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-7 level.
