Field Sales Manager - Head Office at Royal Funerals

Purpose Of The Position

• To lead, manage, train and grow a team of field sales agents or representatives who sell funeral policies and funeral services door-to-door, within communities and in workplaces, to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications or Skills Required

• Two years or more relevant experience
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong focus on achieving and exceeding set sales goals and targets
• Ability to motivate, coach and manage a team of sales representatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on exceptional customer service
• Familiarity with the funeral industry, including its products, services, sales processes and relevant regulations, would be advantageous
• Valid driver’s licence
