Field Sales Specialist - Farmer at DHL

In this Field Sales Specialist - Farmer position

• You will manage existing account portfolio.
• You will conduct regular clients’ visits (assigned client portfolio).
• You will coordinate customer queries through product / sales support.
• You will build rapport and trust with customers.
• You will assess customers’ needs.
• You will recommend solutions based on customer needs by using industry knowledge and product solutions.
• You will own and maintain the Customer Standard Operating Procedure.
• You will facilitate business implementation through the implementation team.
• You will collect relevant customer information for the RFI/RFP/RFQ and prepares documents for customer implementation to ensure proper operational handover and implementation to meet customer expectations (SLA's & SOP's).
• You will be using DGF CRM system. 

Now, here’s what we need from you

• 3 - 5 years’ relevant industry experience
• Minimum 3 years’ key account management experience
• Matric
• Degree in Logistics or Business Administration would be advantageous.
