    Finacial Admin Assistant

    Company Description

    • CFAM Technologies, a manufacturer of world-class food and feed processing equipment is looking for an accountable and self-motivated Financial Admin Assistant with strong administrative and financial background to support day to day transactions. We are passionate about food security and enable communities to utilize locally produced agricultural products to support food security through extrusion technology. We are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated individual who can apply their mind to resolve problems in a stimulating and everchanging environment.

    Job Description

    • Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.
    • Track Credit Card purchases and reconcile bank statements.
    • Processing purchase orders, supplier invoices, expenses claims and account payments.
    • Processing sales orders, proforma and tax invoices.
    • Assist financial management team with credit and debtor's control.
    • Maintaining financial transactions digital records and supplier information.
    • Maintain organized office environment, ordering office supplies and updating inventory.
    • Creating, sending, and following up invoices and monthly statement. 
    • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
    • Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners when needed.
    • Provide administrative support in the procurement department when required.

    Qualifications

    • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
    • Grade 12 majoring in finance subjects
    • Certificate/Diploma in Finance, Business Management or Equivalent

    Additional Information
    Key skills required:

    • Computer knowledge and efficiency, including MS Office products such as MS visio, excel, word and projects.
    • Experience Sage Pastel or Evolution
    • Experience on Jira Atlassian will be advantageous.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to always maintain discretion and confidentiality.
    • Time management skills and organizational skills
    • Detail orientated.
    • Knowledge file management, transcription and other administrative procedures
    • Ability to work on tight deadlines
