Service Administrator - Kempton Park at FLSmidth

Responsibilities

• To provide administrative support for the site and to interface between the various parties
• The successful completion of keeping up to date with all office and admin duties for Site Manager, Technical Support Officers, Safety officers and Supervisors.
• Capturing of Labor Work Hours and Collating of time sheets,
• Administrative Task directly linked to:
• Preparation and compilation of Proposals/Quotations,
• Order Acceptance and Acknowledgement
• Collection and Consolidation of all Site Related Documentation.
• Booking of medicals for field service team
• Excellent Report Typing and Formatting Skills
• Experience in order to cash (Invoicing) in a spare part environment.

Requirements

• BEng/ Diploma in Business Administration,
• Excellent Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) ERP system.
• Proven experience in a similar position with a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Basic math and recording abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
