    Job Description

    Finance Administrator
    Description:

    • The finance administrator is responsible for performing a variety of financial and administrative duties.
    • They are responsible for strategizing on and planning for financial goals by working daily to achieve and maintain the financial health of the organization.
    • A finance administrator will maintain accurate records and is required to always remain compliant with all laws and company policies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and post receipts, deposits, purchase orders, refunds, and other standard bookkeeping tasks
    • Recons, Invoicing, Statements

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
    • Proven work experience as a finance administrator or similar

    Experience:

    • 2- 6 years
