Finance and Insurance Specialist - Hybrid Working Opportunity at WeBuyCars

Role Description

• This is not a traditional dealership F&I role.
• At WeBuyCars, you work in a high-volume, digitally driven environment where the focus is on conversion, not admin.
• You are allocated to a home branch but can write business across all branches nationally
• You keep your customer, regardless of where they purchase
• You are effectively operating across 20+ dealerships
• Deals can be moved between branches without reapplying with banks
• This creates a significantly larger pipeline, more flexibility, and more opportunity than a traditional setup.

What Makes This Role Easier?

• Online applications are already completed — no manual data capturing
• Your focus is on reviewing, structuring, and submitting deals
• We work on 1 integrated system – lead management, stock management and our Vehicle Finance & Insurance platform are all integrated
• Higher approval rates than the market average
• Strong bank relationships and established processes

Earning Potential:

• High lead volumes and national reach increase your conversion opportunity
• Our integrated system makes product selection and recommendation super easy as all product rules and premium calculations are pre-configured.
• You are in control of your income.
• We place strong emphasis on honesty and integrity.
• Compliance is non-negotiable — we operate strictly within the construct of FAIS, FICA, and POPI regulation.
• This protects not only the business, but your reputation and long-term career as an F&I professional.
