Are you an immediately available and dynamic finance professional with a passion for driving business success? We are seeking a Finance Business Partner (Banking) for a 3-month contract to join our client based in Johannesburg.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver insightful financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making and enhance business performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with financial goals and objectives.
Develop and implement financial strategies that support the overall business plan.
Ensure the provision of timely and accurate financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
Lead and mentor a team of Finance Business Partners, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in financial leadership roles, preferably within the Corporate and/or Investment Banking sector, advantageous
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A professional finance qualification i.e. CIMA, CIMA Part-qual, SAIPA or CA(SA)
