Finance Business Partner at Snatch.work

Duties & Responsibilities

The Function of the Business Partner will be to oversee the entire finance function and manage the teams. But the highest priority will be to analyze underlying data continuously as to regularly help in the strategic decision-making process. 

Roles & Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company.
• Forecast and manage the company CashFlow for maximum results.
• Oversee financial department employees and their performance.
• Regularly assist, analyze and accompany the Executive team with large scale sales deals with detailed financial interpretations thereof.
• Track the company's financial status and performance to identify and implement areas for improvement.
• Seek out and implement methods for minimising financial risk to the company.
• Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision-making including budgeting and forecasting.
• Review monthly management reports prepared by your Finance Team and ensure underlying data and strategic analysis are presentable
• Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings.
• Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.
• Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
• Manage and oversee the budgeting process and report of performance to approved budgets weekly and monthly.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Entrepreneurial and Strategic thinker with excellent analytical capabilities.
• A high performing CA(SA) is preferred.
• Exceptional CGMA, AGA (SA) or Professional Accountant (SA) will be considered with a proven track record.
• 7+ years of post article experience in commercial roles
• Occasionally required to travel
• Hard worker with a drive to make a success
