Finance Clerk: Financial and Management Accounting Vhembe District Ref No: LDARD 73/7/2026
Grade 12 or an equivalent appropriate qualification NQF Level 4 as recognized by SAQA. Certificate / Qualification in Financial Management or related fields will be an added advantage. Exposure in the field will be an added advantage.
Knowledge, Competencies and Skills: Basic knowledge of financial functions, practices as well as the ability to capture data, operate computer and collate financial statistics. Basic knowledge and insight of the Public Service financial legislations, procedures and Treasury regulations (PFMA, DORA, PSA, PSR, PPPFA, Financial Manual). Knowledge of basic financial operating systems (PERSAL, BAS, LOGIS etc.).
